Can’t say anything but I wish I had been in Oahu yesterday, I don’t watch TV (don’t even have one) but yesterday couldn’t stop watching the screen of my computer during the 8 hours of the live webcast from Waimea bay.
The Quiksilver in memory of Eddie Aikau fueled by Monster was absolutely amazing, it was the doubt if George Downing had made the wrong call not going the day before, but at the end of the competition, everybody agreed they had the perfect day, not as big but cleaner and better than the day before.
