Soft conditions

Today is one of those rare summer days in Pozo Izquierdo, when you can rig a 5,0 (4,5 if you are light) and have a relaxing windsurfing session as the one I just had, that's why it's no photo today, I enjoyed such a fun and relaxing session sailing alone this morning at Pozo Izquierdo with 5,0 and some little waves.
By the way, I was riding the 84 liters quad from Goya, and for sure the board helped a lot in turning some average to poor conditions in a really fun session.

New quads

Already in Pozo Izquierdo the first quads from Goya, this evening Jonas Carlson (Cutre) has been testing the 72 liters board, unfortunately waves were too small today in Pozo Izquierdo, and despite the wind forecast looks really good, we are not expecting any good NE swell for the next days.

Today is San Juan, that means is "fiesta" in Las Palmas, and as the day was soo good, Pozo Izquierdo was a little bit crowded. I'll post more pictures from this afternoon later on.

While in Pozo Izquierdo we keep having great windsurfing conditions, at Sri Lanka they're having perfect waves for the 6* surfing contest, where the spanish surfer Hodei Collazo is already in the round of 16.

Jumping day

Alessio Stillrich backloop Pozo IzquierdoRicardo Campello forward Pozo IzquierdoBoujmaThe day started with moderate winds, but after lunchtime started to get really stromg, Ricardo Campello told me he was seriously powered up with 3,7 and waves kind of didn't have the right shape for surfing, so we ended up having an amazing jumping Sunday in Pozo Izquierdo.

Extra motivation

Alessio StillrichAlessioPabloMoritz

I enjoyed a lot the session this afternoon, watching the kids ripping more than ever, with the extra motivation that gives them having some of the best windsurfers of the PWA at his home break.

Alessio, Pablo and Moritz, were killing the shorebreak today at high tide as it was no tomorrow.

Summer is coming

136139140137141138

This is already looking like summer, good winds, small waves, pros coming from around the world for the PWA competition (sadly not all of them are respectful with priorities and the other people on the water).

The forecast is looking really good for the next few days, specially for the weekend, but looks good for all next week.

Quatroquadmania

Yesterday I had a visit from Pitu, a friend from Lanzarote, he was in Gran Canaria for work, but he didn't want to miss the chance to try the quad from Quatro, and after a little bit more than an hour at Las Salinas, looks like the board will be his next weapon at Jameos.
