Victor Fernandez world champion

Last day at Cabo Verde and no wind, so it´s official, Victor Fernandez is the 2010 windsurfing wave world champion, here you have the announcement from PWA's website:
09:00 Welcome to the final day of the 2010 Cabo Verde World Cup, and the last day of the 2010 PWA World Tour. Unfortunately there's no wind, and no waves once again. Head judge, Duncan Coombs has decided to call the competition off, leaving the world rankings unchanged after Klitmoller.

2nd Ricardo Campello (JP, NeilPryde, MFC)

3rd Philip Koster (Starboard, NeilPryde, Dakine)

4th Kauli Seadi (JP, NeilPryde, MFC)

5th Dany Bruch (Patrik, Severne, MFC, AL360)
