The Beast

forecast

Looks like the first big swell of the season is just around the corner, and will hit the west coast of Europe by Friday, but with strong winds. Those waves will arrive at the Canary Islands by the weekend, and looks like the wind will be light or even glassy.

16 knots cross off shore wind today and yesterday at La Caleta, North Shore Fuerte and logo to mast high long clean waves. The wave was a bit soft due to the high tide but excellent for top to bottom carving. Will and Stephane Etienne went up to the heavier wave of Acid Drop busting massive aerials. Some of the best days of the year. And more days ahead for Lobos with a big swell and then the wind swings back to La Caleta later on in the week.....
