Right now (15:00) the wind is a little bit too East, and the tide is still too high, so maybe those are the reasons why the wind didn't pick up already. People are sailing with 5,7-5,3 I'm going sailing now, so this will be the last update of the conditions today.
Update.I had to come back home to change the sail, it's 4,7 now.
